A letter to Joseph Highee regarding the sale of lands owned by them in western New York. Ingersoll states "I understand that the part of the State of New York where our Genesse lands are situated is full of money, and that many purchasers are in the market. Would it not be proper to take advantage of the favourable moment to bring our long deepening concerns in that country to a conclusion?" Written at Philadelphia, Pa.
